Who uses Aamu
Aamu is a personal assistant with exactly one user, its owner (the owner of raippalinna.com). It is not offered to anyone else.
What Google data Aamu accesses
Only with the owner's consent, and only read-only:
- Google Calendar (
calendar.readonly): the events in the calendars the owner has chosen to show. - Google Tasks (
tasks.readonly): the owner's open tasks.
Aamu cannot create, change or delete anything in the Google account.
What is kept, and for how long
Aamu keeps a working copy of the events from yesterday to 60 days ahead (title, time, place, calendar name, and who organized an event when it was someone else) and of the open tasks (title, list, due date). The copy is replaced every 15 minutes, so past events disappear from it. Event descriptions and attendee lists are not stored.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
The data stays on computers the owner runs himself, on encrypted disks, and is shown only to the owner. It is not sold, shared with anyone, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. The Google access token is stored encrypted and only on the owner's own server.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Aamu's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Stopping access
The owner can remove Aamu's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the working copy is then deleted.
